Diagnosis is the foundation of the engagement. We map workflows end-to-end, audit integrations, profile data flows, and surface the governance gaps that quietly drive most of your friction. The output is a written diagnosis: readable, defensible, and explicit about trade-offs. It's yours to keep regardless of whether we continue.

Design is where we earn our fee. We don't pick the tool first, we pick the method first, then the tool. Solutions are designed for the operators who'll live with them daily: clear interfaces, documented logic, accessible patterns. The reasoning behind each choice is documented so it survives team changes.
Implementation with measured outcomes. We close the loop, and reopen it.
We build, integrate, train, and hand over. Outcomes are measured against the diagnostic baseline so the impact is visible. Knowledge transfer is structured: your team owns what we've built before we leave. Then the loop begins again, there is always more to listen for.
