The page below is the engagement model itself, what every Platine project looks like, what you receive at each phase, and what we hold ourselves to. It is the same model whether you engage us for Microsoft Dynamics, SaaS integration, or custom application development. The tools change. The method does not.

§ A2 · THE LOOP

The four-phase engagement loop.

Every Platine engagement runs the same loop. The phases are sequential, the deliverables are explicit, and the artifacts are yours regardless of how the engagement evolves.

  1. WEEKS 01 – 03 01

    Listen.

    First, we listen. With precision, with structure, without assumption.

    Every engagement begins with a listening phase, never skipped, never rushed. We meet your stakeholders, your operators, and the people whose work will actually change. We hear the friction that's loudest, and the friction that isn't, both matter. We document what we hear in a structured intake that becomes the foundation of every decision that follows.

    • Documented frictions, prioritized by impact
    • An agreed scope for what comes next
  2. WEEKS 03 – 06 02

    Diagnose.

    We map your system. Workflows, integrations, data, governance, the whole picture, not the loud parts.

    Diagnosis is the foundation of the engagement. We map workflows end-to-end, audit integrations, profile data flows, and surface the governance gaps that quietly drive most of your friction. The output is a written diagnosis: readable, defensible, and explicit about trade-offs. It's yours to keep regardless of whether we continue.

  3. WEEKS 06 – 09 03

    Design.

    Tool-agnostic, prescriptive in method. We design solutions your teams will actually use.

    Design is where we earn our fee. We don't pick the tool first, we pick the method first, then the tool. Solutions are designed for the operators who'll live with them daily: clear interfaces, documented logic, accessible patterns. The reasoning behind each choice is documented so it survives team changes.

  4. WEEKS 09 – 12 04

    Deliver.

    Implementation with measured outcomes. We close the loop, and reopen it.

    We build, integrate, train, and hand over. Outcomes are measured against the diagnostic baseline so the impact is visible. Knowledge transfer is structured: your team owns what we've built before we leave. Then the loop begins again, there is always more to listen for.

§ A3 · GUARANTEES

Three artifacts you always receive.

Regardless of engagement scope, every Platine client leaves with these three things. They are the minimum, not the maximum.

A diagnostic report, yours to keep.

Whether or not we continue past Phase 02, you leave with a defensible diagnosis of your system and a ranked list of interventions. No proposal-as-deliverable theatre.

ii.

A decision ledger.

Every design choice is documented with the trade-offs we considered. When team members change, yours or ours, the reasoning survives.

iii.

A measurable transition.

Outcomes are measured against the baseline we established in Phase 02. You see the delta. Your team owns what we built before we leave.
