Platine is, by design, a one-person firm today. The founder leads every engagement end to end. There is no hiring funnel running, no junior bench, and no team to grow into.

The door is not closed, however. If you are a methodologist whose work naturally complements what Platine does, or a senior practitioner thinking about a partnership rather than a job, send a note. Speculative conversations are welcome and answered.
